- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic minced

- 1/3 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring heavy cream and garlic to a simmer with medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until thickened about half in volume.
